Black velvet skirt with attached black panties are embellished with 72+ Swarovski rhinetones in varying shades graduated from crystal clear to light rose to a brighter pink.  At the front neck of the bodice there is a cluster of crystal clear teardrop shaped crystals.  The black velvet neck band has a few rows of the same rhinstones as on the skirt...crystal clear to bright pink. The bodice of the dress is a bright pink varigated, 4 way stretch,  sparkle fabric with a texture to the fabric.
