The dividing line between the Small and Large Sleeves is at a Men's Size 6-1/2, a Ladies' Size 8 and a European Size 38. The sleeves have some stretch built into them, so a Small sleeve would still work well for a Men's Size 7, a Ladies Size 8-1/2 or a European Size 39.
