Directions for Uploading Your Video

1. If you do not already have a YouTube account, create one by clicking on the "create account" link on the top right corner of the MySkatingMall.com YouTube page at http://www.youtube.com/myskatingmall
2. Subscribe to the MySkatingMall YouTube Channel by clicking on the 'subscribe" button on the upper left portion of the page.
3. Watch the "Introducing the "What's So Great About Figure Skating" Challenge video on MySkatingMall's YouTube page. (http://www.youtube.com/MySkatingMall)
4. Click on the "view comments, related videos, and more" link.
   
   
5. Click on the "Comments" box underneath the video.
   
   
6. Click on the "Attach a Video" link that appears to the right of the comments box.
   
   
7. Click on the "Upload" button, located on the gray toolbar.
   
   
8. Click on the "start" button.
9. Click on the yellow "Upload Video" button.
10. Choose your video and click "OK".
11. Click on the "save Changes" button.
12. Congratulations, your video is uploaded! You are now entered in a drawing to win a $100 gift card for any item on MySkatingMall.com or from our Partner Stores.

MySkatingMall.com's "What so great about figure skating?" Challenge Official Rules

How to Enter. Visit The MySkatingMall.com YouTube Channel at http://www.youtube.com/myskatingmall (the "Channel"), using your YouTube user name to identify your entry, submit your rich media "What's so great about figure skating?" in video format. Limit one (1) entry per person and per YouTube user name. If more than one entry is received with the same user name, the authorized registrant of the user name will be deemed the eligible entrant.

Content of Entries. Entries must be original, owned by you, and not previously published. The user assumes all liability for publishing content Entries will be deemed void if they include any material that, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, is immoral, obscene, sexually explicit, disparaging of any racial, ethnic, religious, or other minority group, defamatory, infringing, in violation of any third party rights, in violation of any other law, or inconsistent with the image of Sponsor.

Prize. The Winner will receive a $100 coupon for any item on MySkatingMall.com or from its Partner Stores. The approximate retail value of the prize, which includes shipping, is $100. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable. Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner.

Winner Notification. Winner will be announced sometime in January, 2011, on the Channel and the Site and will be contacted via a message to Winner via their YouTube user name.
General Conditions. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Any entrant suspected of tampering with or disrupting any aspect of "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge will be disqualified. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. By your participation in the "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, (ii) represent and warrant that your entry is original, owned by you, and not previously published, (iii) agree to release, indemnify, and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge, your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, and/or your posts on the Site, and (iv) grant Sponsor an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable right to exploit the copyright in your entry and, if you are deemed a Winner, in your posts, in any media now known or hereafter invented, without compensation or notification, except as prohibited by law.

Compliance with YouTube Terms. By your participation in the"What's so great about figure skating?" challenge, you agree to comply with YouTube's Website Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Governing Law. All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant agrees that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with the "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge will be in state or federal courts located in Colorado Springs, CO, and by entering consents to such jurisdiction and venue.
2. Privacy. With the exception of user names and entries of semi-finalists, which will be posted on the Channel and Site, information collected by Sponsor in connection with the "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge will not be shared with third parties. Any personal information you submit in connection with the "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge will be used and collected for purposes of this contest only, and in accordance with this paragraph, and will not be governed by YouTube's Privacy Policy.
3. Winner's List. For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your request to Sponsor before March 31, 2011, at address listed below, or see list on the Channel or Site.
4. Sponsor. The Sponsor of the "What's so great about figure skating?" challenge is MySkatingMall.com, 3185 Venetucci Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80906. YouTube is not a sponsor of the contest.
